Following the opening and successful market launch of Boutique Hotel Budapest****, Mazen Al Ramahi founded Management & Consulting Kft. jointly with Miklós Kovács, the earlier hotel sales director. The main aim of the company established in 2007, was to offer independent hotels not belonging to chains a professional hotel operating alternative. The operating and consultancy company helps its partners solve problems and difficulties arising in the course of their everyday work. One of the main reasons of success of Management & Consulting Kft. is the exchange of experience on to clients gained through the successful achievement and maximal profitability operation of Boutique Hotel Budapest****, by helping non-specialist investors and groups planning to build new hotels with optimal market positioning and implementation of hotel investments.
In 2008 Mazen Al Ramahi purchased the buildings of Hungária Spa and Continental Hotel, regarded as the iconic buildings of Budapest’s traditional Jewish quarter, in Dohány utca and launched his second hotel investment. Continental Hotel Budapest****Superior, which will open in June 2010, blends the rich past and the future that lies ahead, traditional hospitality and the modern expectations of the 21st century as a new symbol of the guest-focused approach nestled between the Grand Boulvard and Rákóczi út.
Alongside his hotel and consultancy businesses Mazen Al Ramahi is also active in other fields. He maintains and runs an office building and is also involved in the retail industry. Nevertheless, Mazen Al Ramahi himself supervises his companies in every case.
